I offer private supervision to psychotherapists looking to develop and deepen their therapeutic skills, whether it be in a private practice or an agency setting.  In our work together, the supervisee and I identify those aspects of their practice they wish to address and develop an approach that best meets their needs.

Some of the issues that typically come up in supervision are:

.  assessment of patients' needs
.  meeting patients where they are
.  identification and use of transference and countertransference
.  ruptures and repairs in the treatment
.  crisis management
.  termination
.  and more!

In addition to private supervision, I supervise Social Work interns through the Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy Study Center and the New York Counseling and Guidance Service.

At this time, I am not able to supervise LMSW's needing their hours towerds their C.
